Topsoil: Our topsoil is produced from the stripping of the top 12 inch layer of soil when a development or construction site in the area begins. We bring in the stripped topsoil to our facility and then mix organic soils and compost that landscapers dispose of at our facility. This mix equates to approximately 80% topsoil and 20% organics producing a very nice dark rich topsoil. We screen this mixture through a ½ inch trommel to clean out all rock and debris.
Gravels and aggregates: We stock a full list of gravels and recycled products as well as different types of boulders. These materials are re-wholesaled and are not produced here at our facility, but do allow for a convenient source of pick-up here in Broadview Heights.
